[the pro homebody movement]

are you true to this, or new to this?

how many of you became homebodies "during" or "after" covid's staycation?

that was like a reality show,

a survival of the fittest scenario, yet it was our reality,

not entertainment for dollars but for lives and minds, auctions for our souls!

this is the perfect subject for a introverts,

[scene set up]

flashback to pre-2020,

were you a homebody then?

or "anti-homebody", a social butterfly, outside lifestyle, networking up @ all the parties etc.?

fast forward to the present [post 2020],

have you converted to "homebodiism"? [i might have just randomly made that up]

or are you still chasing the ghost of society's past?

this could be natural behavior, and then also "trained" behavior,

shit, who knows but this might be a way to separate the two...

i'm labeled a "hybrid introvert" by the research studies,

professionally an extrovert wit social limits,

personally, an introvert wit a wild side,

had to find a way on how to balance da two, my ying yang journey [i'll randomly dig deeper into that eventually].

think like a jedi monk yet live like 007,

hustle like a drug dealer wit da righteousness of a priest,

you need to manage your personalities [shout out the hulk, dexter and sasha fierce] ...

my dominant personality has evolved into a homebody,

fuck that filtered shit,

"peace" is my mission, so i invest in my "introvertness" for clarity, reflection and growth,

being an extrovert is exhausting as fuck, the older i get the more i'm tired of the balancing acts, code switchin & shit...

if you are chasing "peace" one must enjoy being a homebody,

being a homebody doesn't mean being a hermit, duh, you just enjoy your hard-earned money, sanity, safety and solitude...

what's wrong with that? lol

you wanna turn up and pop bottles without the drama? you got a crib, get u a guest list, throw a house party,

to avoid hoa drama, throw a day party [that's a flex],

being in strange places with strangers can trigger sensitive anxiety, so most individuals might shut down and want to do what makes them comfortable?

going home probably, but why?

they're not anti-social, they just feel like they're socializing in the wrong demographics for their personalities comfort!

they're homebodies,

they want to be nobodies because that's how they rock they bodies [but social media has changed that up tho, we'll get to that later]

now there's a large percentage of the population that submit to the urges of chasing the limelight, thrills for da chills, being outside, dancing wit the dark side etc. etc...

i've dabble from time to time, because i'm experienced i don't get caught up with the games, schemes or scams,

i just enjoy the live entertainment life provides for me daily in this matrix... you build it they will come!

with the creation of the internet many moons ago,

and all its influential "subcategories", people are now, and for some time been connecting without leaving their homes,

this is a "homebodies paradise", they were built for the covid experiment,

life turned into a "digitilia" [digital utopia],

we were kindly advised and reminded that if we didn't conform, we wouldn't survive the "digital reform",

now look @ us,

all age ranges addicted to the digitalization of society [no hate, just my sci-fi personality observation] ...

when i think about "socializing",

social media does not come first to mind, what society lacks is genuine social platforms that don't require technology,

but then you watch the news [on social media ironically] and realize the worlds going through some diarrhea shit, might as well stick to social platforms and other digital distractions.

for years, i've had random ideas on this topic,

i want to develop an authentic social media platform for "homebodies",

like "homebody dating", you don't have to be alone [their humans with needs but lack social skills],

a homebody's game night [like actually leaving your home to meet other homebodies, duh],

homebody modeling [i know there be some sexy homebodies out there],

homebodies like to eat, i'd create a cooking platform focused on homebody culinary skills,

what about a "homebody management company" [most homebodies are shy, they need a company that understands and represents their interest]

just random concepts off the top of my head,

but my point is,

there's nothing wrong with being a homebody, it's profitable

however, ya ass should have a "lil life" outside that, it should be a safe haven not a self-absorbed prison!

i know each individual's situation is different but if you step back,

observe and think, there are so many benefits to the "culture of homebodies", they might not know this because their social skills are limited but it's a studied behavior [so I'm told, lol]

how can you identify a home body?

why do individuals become homebodies?

are there careers for homebodies?

do homebody families exist? like the whole fam?

pro & cons of "homebodiness"?

how to become a homebody?

good questions,

but don't expect me to answer those questions, we're no experts,

i'm also curious to understand this new culture of living life,

exploring the possibilities and finding its balance, and benefits,

not sure if its healthy, mental health is some real shit in these human streets,

don't want your mind and soul to dry rot from lack of social engagements,

there can be side effects to homebodiness and it can play tricks on your mind, body and soul, it's not for everybody,

but many are forced into the lifestyle, which can have negative effects in the long term [i'm just randomly assuming @ this point],

in such a large zity, i know there's a nice percentage of individuals from all walks of life that can relate to this topic,

i'm not only talking about our zity,

i'm referring to your zity or town across the country, continent, & globe...
