the near future : a.i. law

pros cons my opinion on ai law...

for the past ten years,

our riDc team has been monitoring social media in a whole for different research projects, conducting surveys about online behaviors vs irl personality,

how social media influenced a generation, and sort of MANipulated a society...

anyways, we say that to set a scene,

now that people have incorporated their tangible life into digital space, many possibilities have presented themselves,

no plug, but we have a post on digital surveillance and what the publics opinion on it is [check it out],

millions of unsuspected individuals are captured of cameras yet not blasted on social media,

some individuals just perform to go viral, not realizing

we all get to evaluate, comment, laugh, disagree, debate, ignore, speak up, take sides etc.

however,

what if a.i. was trained on laws of the land, then used to analyze the public domain footage,

consulting with legal counsel to discuss parameters or whatever constructs the case to make arrest or issue citation,

then a.i. can make a judgement call without a crusty judge playing referee,

or lawyers over charging for simple representation ..!.

no disrespect, but humans are subjectively bias based on varies reasons that we are not here to discuss,

cases can actually be closed sooner than later,

humans have to stop voting against progress and punish those always MANipulating open data for profits,

nothings perfect, but a.i. is trained to stick to the script, can't bribe a machine lol,

or can you?

i guess that depends on the creator's intention, [all a.i. aint good a.i.],

just imagine facing a judge that only judges your case based on your crime,

and what laws are within its capabilities to execute swift judgement,

not handing out lite sentences because influence told it to,

a system that actual advocates for the victim not the criminal,

with all the different tentacles of the justice system

would this balance the scales of justice for "all"?

a.i most defiantly don't see color, or status, or the other bullshit that keeps justice from doing what its built to do ..!.

can a "legal a.i." remodel the current justice system dysfunctional loopholes and mishaps?

maybe we should @sk a.i. and see what "they" say, lol

this is all hypothetical of course, but we still can use our imagination,

with all the various discrimination that infects society,

do we think a.i. can be a legal surgeon that proceeds over cases without court room theater?

we still need a jury to add the human touch to a robotic process,

would legal a.i. hold corruption in the justice system in check?

doesn't have to be criminal cases, it can be blue or white collar,

it could be for financial fraud, political fraud,

dv's, violence against woman children and senior citizens,

road ragers, unhinged karen's & knucklehead's, etc. etc.

the way these large corporations are investing in a.i. technology,

it seems as they are trying to eliminate the "workforce" and they benefit,

the house always win, it saves them billions in salary, insurance and dealing with government nit picking,

no holidays to pay out,

no sick days to pay out,

no overtime to pay out,

no 401k or any other retirement investments,

stock options might stay,

capitalism needs funds to fuel the systems taking away careers from debt riddled citizens...

one generation they promote and promise fool's gold,

this generation they are trying to eliminate what once was a "goal to acquire gold",

sounds criminal to us, should a.i. handle lawsuits too?

all these players MANipulating the systems,

the lobbyist, the lawyers, government employees, private & public investors,

the list can go on a lil more,

but our point should be grasped by now,

of course, there will be pushback, but why?

if evils run the system, then innocence is lost without proper "safeguards" to assure the public that their taxes are finally going to an "inclusive" platform,

not just a privilege funded pet project for profits!

can a.i. fix or correct the current and future legal system?

curious minds want to know
